Description

Hersbrucker Hops

German Hersbrucker Hop Profile

Hersbrucker is an old-world German landrace variety once considered a successor to Hallertau Mittelfrüh. It is named for the Hersbruck growing region where it originated, located north of the Hallertau near Nuremberg. With low alpha acids (1.5-4%) and a refined noble aroma of lemon balm, orange, and black tea, Hersbrucker is a versatile choice for traditional lagers and pilsners.

Tariffs are now applied to all European hops imported into the U.S. for the 2025 crop only. You will see a separate line item in your cart and at checkout reflecting the 12.5% tariff. If you have any questions, please reach out.
