These German-grown Saazer hops are a genetic descendant of the famous landrace variety of the same name. The growing region in Germany is very similar to the Saaz growing region in Czechia, making them a compatible substitute to the noble Czech Saaz. The German Saazer is said to be less spicy and more floral than the Czech Saaz. Perfect for traditional pilsners, lagers, and ales.
