We specify British-manufactured copper-nickel (CuNi) tubing, a material chosen specifically for its superior properties in braking systems. While traditional copper is easier to bend, CuNi, also known as Kunifer or NiCopp, offers significantly enhanced corrosion resistance and a higher fatigue strength. This means greater longevity and reliability for the customer, reducing the likelihood of premature failure and subsequent comebacks.
Every length of tubing undergoes rigorous 100% electrical and pressure testing. This commitment to quality ensures each pipe meets the highest standards for integrity and safety, giving you confidence in every installation.

Our brake pipe sets are assembled with pride for your specific vehicle. Each pipe is cut to the correct length, fitted with solid brass unions and marked clearly to indicate the correct location on the vehicle.
We use only top quality copper nickel tubing manufactured in Great Britain specifically for braking systems. All tubing is 100% electrically and pressure tested and conforms to the highest standards.
Cooper pipes are more traditional and easier to work with however Copper Nickel (aka CuNI, Kunifer, cupro-nickel or NiCopp) is more resistant to corrosion and has a higher fatigue strength.
