A sleeve is available to reduce a 17mm bore down to 15mm, but it is not advised.
V type (wedge) belts are not designed for more than 100-120A. If the customer requires an alternator which is over 100-120A output then special attention needs to be made to ensure sufficient belt wrap (contact area), or be advised that belt slip is likely.
The majority of our aluminum pulleys come hard anodized black as standard for longer life, because pulleys wear / have a service life, particularly when aluminum.
