Slovenian Styrian Wolf Hop Profile

Styrian Wolf™ hops are an exciting, high-impact variety developed and bred by the Slovenian Institute of Hop Research and Brewing. Styrian Wolf is a high alpha variety with good bittering potential, but its aroma characteristics are why it is so prized. Mango, lemon, and lemongrass are the headlining aromas and the aromas are big because Styrian Wolf is extremely potent and oily with Total Oils weighing in between 3 and 4.5 mL/100g. This intense character makes it a perfect fit for modern, fruit-forward styles like IPAs, Pale Ales, and Hazies.

All imported hop varieties are Type-90 hop pellets.
