If I Were Fire n.2 is a collage featuring photos of a large bonfire, inspired by Cecco Angiolieri’s poem If I Were Foco. The work reflects Angiolieri’s rebellious protest against the world and his absurd fantasies of destruction. Part of the Imprisoned Brains series, it explores humanity’s self-imposed confinement and absurdities.
