Brake Pipe Set Ford Prefect 107E RHD 1959 – 1961 (GB5399)
Precision Brake Pipe Sets for Professional Reliability
When you’re replacing brake lines, precision and durability are non-negotiable. Our brake pipe sets are engineered to eliminate the common headaches associated with fabrication, ensuring a swift and reliable installation every time.
Engineered for Direct Fit & Efficiency
Each set is vehicle-specific, meaning every pipe is pre-cut to the exact length required and fitted with robust solid brass unions. This eliminates the need for on-the-spot measuring, cutting, and flaring, significantly reducing your time on the ramp. Crucially, every pipe is clearly marked, taking the guesswork out of installation and preventing costly errors.
Superior Copper Nickel Construction
We specify only top-grade Copper Nickel (CuNi), often known as Kunifer, cupro-nickel, or NiCopp, for our brake tubing. While traditional copper offers some workability advantages, CuNi provides vastly superior corrosion resistance and a higher fatigue strength – critical attributes for a safety-critical system. This material choice translates directly to extended service life and enhanced customer satisfaction, minimising the risk of future corrosion-related failures.
Quality You Can Trust
Manufactured in Great Britain, our CuNi tubing is specifically designed for braking systems. Every single length undergoes rigorous 100% electrical and pressure testing, ensuring it meets the highest industry standards for integrity and safety. This meticulous quality control provides the peace of mind that comes with installing components you can truly depend on.
Easily fitted. Will not rust.
Our brake pipe sets are assembled with pride for your specific vehicle. Each pipe is cut to the correct length, fitted with solid brass unions and marked clearly to indicate the correct location on the vehicle.
We use only top quality copper nickel tubing manufactured in Great Britain specifically for braking systems. All tubing is 100% electrically and pressure tested and conforms to the highest standards.
Cooper pipes are more traditional and easier to work with however Copper Nickel (aka CuNI, Kunifer, cupro-nickel or NiCopp) is more resistant to corrosion and has a higher fatigue strength.
