Citra® CO2 Hop Extract – High Oil Extraction

This is a variety specific CO2 hop extract from low pressure extraction that gives a higher oil and lower alpha as opposed to traditional CO2 extract. This means that more of the delicate flavor and aroma oils are retained. Whirlpool applications are recommended to minimize isomerization and preserve the aroma.
