We’re teaming up with a Holladay Distillery Engagement Specialist to craft unique bourbon cocktails and mocktails that perfectly complement each of the four courses we’ll be serving. The Engagement Specialist will provide an in-depth explanation of the thoughtful pairings between the cocktails and the dishes.

Our Four-Course Menu Includes:

1. BBQ Rib Salad Appetizer
2. Hanger Steak with Twice Baked Potatoes 
3. Grilled Lobster with Garlic Butter & Roasted Bacon, Almond Brussel Sprouts
4. Surprise Elegant Desert
